The Role of HR Business Partner
A rare opportunity has arisen for a HR Business Partner to join an existing People function within an exciting Financial Services organisation who place the wellbeing, support and development of the employees as highly as their drive and passion to help achieve the companies commercial goals.
The successful individual will have experience within Generalist HR leadership and the desire and passion for a business partnering role that involves strong operational responsibilities as well as strategic projects leadership
This role within this small but perfectly shaped HR team is an opportunity to make your own positive impact.
Key areas of expertise
You will have close contact with all across the business up to the Senior Leadership team on a wide variety of HR initiatives including but not restricted to:
Policies & Procedure reviews, recommendations and improvements
Coaching and supporting employees
Performance management
Talent Management
Employee engagement
